CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 209(RLS) "An Act relating to municipal                                        
property tax adjustments for property affected by a disaster" was read                              
the second time.                                                                                    
                                                                                                    
Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill                                 
be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator Ellis                             
objected.                                                                                           
                                                                                                    
President Therriault stated CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 209(RLS) will                                     
be on the January 12, 2004 calendar.
